Privacy Policy & Contact Consent

What we collect

When you send a request through this website we collect the information you enter: your name, phone number, email (optional), ZIP code, the service you are interested in, your project details, your preferred days and times for a call and, if you choose to include it, the answers and price range from our online estimate calculator.

The estimate calculator works without any personal information. Your answers are only sent to us if you submit a request and keep the estimate attached.

How we use it

We use your information only to respond to your request: to contact you, schedule a measurement, prepare a quote and carry out the work you hire us for. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.

Consent to be contacted

By submitting a request you agree that Gallardos & Co. Flooring may contact you by phone, text message or email about that request. We do not use automated calling systems. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time.

How we protect it

Requests are stored in a private system that only the business owner can access with a password. Communication with the website is encrypted (HTTPS) once the site is published on its domain.

How long we keep it

We keep request information while it is useful for your project, warranty questions and our basic business records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your choices

To access, correct or delete your information, send a request through our contact form and mention it in the description.
